This weekend just keeps getting better for Dan Mullen and Florida.
Class of 2021 ATH Chief Borders (Powder Springs, GA) has committed to Florida, reportedly pulling the trigger yesterday morning prior to the Gators’ 56-0 blowout of Vanderbilt. Though he has yet to be assigned a ranking or a number of stars, Borders’ offer list speaks for itself. Auburn, Georgia and Oregon are among over a dozen Power Five schools to extend an offer.
Borders, who technically is labeled as an ATH, projects as an outside linebacker at the next level but could be moved around depending on need. He provides Florida with their seventh commitment in the 2021 recruiting class, which is ranked as the best in the SEC and the sixth best nationally.
